MCB activities are always planned and executed in such a way as to ensure that all clients obligation/standard is complied with. In the same vein, the company ensures:

• That all employees shall exercise all due and necessary care, skill and diligence in respect of all materials, equipment and personnel assigned for works by the clients, to prevent loss or damages arising from communities troubles
• Ensure the safety of employees and members of the public (communities) that may be involved in its operations
• The Project Manager will oversee supervisors and ensure the adoption and maintenance of proper standards of safety, health and welfare in order to meet the requirements of company safety policy on health, safety at work, safety regulations and code of practice
• Adequate arrangements are made and equipment maintained at each area office. For each contract necessary safety details are to be made available as and when required
• Administer the policy for prevention of injury, damage and wastage
• Staff will be familiar with all relevant acts, regulations, codes of practice that are applicable and insist that they are observed on sites, depots, offices and in all sections under his control
• Ensure all levels of staff receive adequate and appropriate safety training
• Monitor sub-contractors safety practices, safety policy, safety methods, statements
• Ensure that equipment purchased complies with recognized safety standards as far as is reasonably practical and ensure that suppliers supply data sheets for any possible hazardous substances
• Investigate reports on all accidents, dangerous occurrences, near misses, etc, in conjunction with all concerned worker.
